Christine’s practice includes preparing the client’s Will in the context of their family circumstances, business, trust and superannuation structures to ensure their wishes are reflected appropriately. Christine is also committed to guiding Executors and Administrators seamlessly through all elements of the deceased estate administration process.
Christine is respected for providing practical and sound advice regarding stamp duty exemption applications relating to trusts, superfunds and deceased estates. She has broad experience in all aspects of property law including leasing, subdivisions, partitions and adverse possession applications allowing her to support the firm’s Property practice.

Emily leads Grindal Legal’s Queensland office and works across both the Queensland and Victorian jurisdictions, specialising in estate planning, deceased estates, trust, and property matters.
Emily provides strategic advice to help clients navigate complex estate planning issues, including structuring advice to help clients protect their assets. She is skilled in reviewing and preparing trust deed variations, advising on trust-related matters, and assisting clients with duty exemptions from the State Revenue Office in respect of the transfer of real estate held by trusts.

Alecxander commenced his legal career with Grindal Legal in 2021 as a Paralegal within the Banking and Finance Team. Since then, he has developed expertise in banking and finance matters, with a focus on specialised private lending and mortgage recovery. His experience also extends across property and commercial transactions, including property acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial and retail leasing.

Conveyancer
Perry joined Grindal Legal in October 2024 as a Conveyancer. Perry has had extensive experience in the industry spanning 14 years which has allowed him to broaden his skill set and acquire an in-depth knowledge of conveyancing transactions, including Residential, Commercial and Off-the-Plan transactions.
Perry’s exposure to the property and legal profession commenced in Perth. In 2016, Perry made the transition to Melbourne where he gained further experience in the profession working extensively as an in-house Conveyancer for a private property developer.
Perry is proud to have been an early adopter of electronic Conveyancing and looks forward to continuing to embrace the evolution of Conveyancing and working with industry leaders to ensure he and Grindal Legal are providing the most efficient and highest quality results for all of our clients. Perry thrives on engaging with a diverse range of clients and employing a proactive approach with each transaction to ensure that his clients have a stress and hassle free experience.
Outside of the office, Perry has a strong passion for golf, cricket and AFL, and thoroughly enjoys spending time with his partner down on the Peninsula.

Alicia commenced her legal career with Grindal Legal in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, she provided support across a broad range of administrative functions before being appointed as a Paralegal. She now works closely with the Wills and Estates team and provides additional assistance in Victorian property matters. Alicia recently completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and is currently in her fifth year of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Monash University.

Renee is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws alongside her work as a Paralegal in the Sunshine Coast office. Her work involves supporting the Conveyancing and Wills and Estate teams in both Queensland and Victoria.
